Morton Pumpkin Festival Parade is Saturday, September 15th Cheerleaders will need to be dropped off at Cheer Time USA’s line up location (TBA in September) at 10:00am.  Parent’s MUST pick their children at the Morton Post Office immediately after the Cheer Time USA float concludes in the parade.  We recommend parents of young children to sit on Jefferson Street by the public library or the Morton Chamber of Commerce building.  This location is close to the end of the parade route and an easy place to find your child.  All teams will wear their uniform in the parade.  If your uniform is not in, then please wear the red “Registration” t-shirts, blue shorts, hair will be half-up/half-down with the back straight, and white ribbon.  The Twinkle Stars, Mini, and Youth L2 teams will be riding on the float.  Other team members are welcome to ride or they may walk and tumble along the parade route.  The Senior L4/5 team will be following the float entertaining the crowd with stunts.  Cheerleaders may throw candy to the crowd if they are

going to walk along side of the float.  Cheerleaders must provide their own candy.  The parade committee discourages candy being thrown from the floats for safety reasons.

The WildJam (Jamfest in Peoria) is on Saturday, October 20th.  This competition has FREE admission and is a great time for friends and family to attend.

Cheer Time USA team members can now take advantage of additional tumbling and dance classes.  Team members will receive a $10-$15 discount each month on tumbling classes.  The dance classes are on a sliding scale meaning the more you take the more you save.  One dance class is $40.00 per month, two dance classes are $60.00 per month – a $20.00 savings!

Thank you to all of our team members and recreational participants for being so understanding during the past few months.  Construction is almost complete and the tumbling wing is now up and running.  The staff is really excited to have the opportunity to offer so many classes all under one roof.  Jill Crouch and her staff can now be seen and heard throughout United Starz Academy.  The addition of dance and fine arts have made United Starz Academy Central Illinois’ Premier Gym!
